Noah's big announcement

One Tuesday, Noah woke up, ate breakfast, then announced, "I no wear diapers anymo!" Up to that point he had been sitting on the toilet with spotty success. That day he kept his diaper dry soo we headed out to Target to buy some undies. He's been doing pretty well, which is a surprise to me. I wasn't planning on even working on it until NEXT summer (after he was 3). I suppose I'm more trained than he is since he doesn't tell me he has to go. However, I only have to tell him every couple of hours to go potty so I'm willing to live with that! I can't believe my baby is working on staying already; where did the time go?
